incorporated in such recommendations. Drafts of other recommendations previously proposed by the Committee in respect of Hong Kong were examined and amended and it was agreed that one document should be prepared to incorpora te the two sets of recommendations.

It was also agreed that a similar document for Malaya should be prepared, the drafting of two or three paragraphs the reof being left to the Department and that both the Hong Kong and Malayan documents be circulated.
